These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and pkpuls with respect to your use of our website at pkpuls.com, our mobile applications, and all associated services, products, games, and promotional features offered through the pkpuls platform.

pkpuls is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting — including an extensive cricket betting product specifically designed for Pakistani players. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet on pkpuls, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. To register and maintain an active account on pkpuls, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkpuls operates a strict 21+ policy and will request government-issued identification documents during the KYC verification process to confirm your age.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued through pkpuls directly or through any recognised responsible gaming programme to which pkpuls subscribes.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pkpuls account. Each player is strictly limited to one account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or professional gambling operation when registering or placing bets on pkpuls.

pkpuls reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Once your pkpuls account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent via our support channels.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pkpuls support immediately via live chat. pkpuls cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
• You must keep your personal details up to date. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment methods must be reported to pkpuls support promptly.
• pkpuls uses OTP verification for new device logins as an additional security layer. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible.
• You are prohibited from transferring funds between player accounts, selling your account, or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

pkpuls monitors account activity continuously for signs of fraudulent behaviour, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and other policy violations. Accounts flagged during this monitoring process may be placed under review, during which time deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

All financial transactions on pkpuls are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkpuls does not apply currency conversion charges, and your account balance is always displayed in PKR without hidden fees.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

The minimum deposit on pkpuls is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional source-of-funds verification as part of our AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in keeping with standard anti-money laundering requirements. pkpuls does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the platform.

pkpuls offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and cricket betting specials tied to PSL and international fixtures. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type — live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slots.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or multi-accounting will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are certified by independent testing laboratories. pkpuls does not modify game outcomes and does not have the technical ability to influence RNG-based results after they are generated.

For sports betting — including our cricket betting product covering PSL, T20I, ODI, and Test matches — the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued.
• In-play bets on cricket matches are subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. pkpuls reserves the right to void in-play bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled beyond a defined period, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the pkpuls sportsbook help section.
• pkpuls reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error — at any time. Affected players will be notified and their stakes refunded in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkpuls. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or display glitches to obtain funds, credits, or advantages not intended by pkpuls. Any such exploitation must be reported to pkpuls support immediately.
• Colluding with other players, match officials, athletes, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event offered in the pkpuls sportsbook.
• Using the pkpuls platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. pkpuls is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification or source-of-funds checks.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, payment details, or device.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions by registering a new account or using a different payment method.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through pkpuls support.

pkpuls is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If gambling is no longer fun, or if it is causing personal, financial, or emotional harm, we urge you to use the tools available on pkpuls or seek independent help.

All content on the pkpuls platform — including but not limited to the pkpuls logo, brand name, website design, graphical elements, written content, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkpuls or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any pkpuls content without prior written permission from pkpuls.
• Game assets, interfaces, and audio-visual elements provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of those studios and are subject to their respective licensing arrangements.
• The pkpuls name and logo may not be used in any context — including on social media, websites, or marketing materials — without explicit written authorisation from pkpuls.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, pkpuls shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of casino games or sportsbook products.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service outside of pkpuls's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
• Any indirect losses, lost profits, or reputational damage of any kind.

pkpuls's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by pkpuls's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Termination by You: You may close your pkpuls account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by pkpuls: pkpuls reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct detected on or in connection with your account.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that you were under 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.

Upon termination by pkpuls for cause, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with our regulatory obligations and the specific circumstances of the closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkpuls holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to pkpuls's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, contact pkpuls support via live chat with a clear description of your complaint and any supporting documentation. pkpuls commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body specified under our gaming license. pkpuls will cooperate fully with any such independent review.

Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are evolving, and it is your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of pkpuls complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pkpuls makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions from which they may be accessed.
